Request Account Deletion

We're sorry to see you go. You can request deletion of your InstaCrew account and associated personal data below.

Before You Delete

Please note the following before submitting your deletion request:

  • • This action is permanent and cannot be undone
  • • All your shift history, ratings, and reviews will be removed
  • • Active bookings or pending shifts will be cancelled
  • • You will lose access to your account immediately upon approval
  • • Certain information may be retained for legal or regulatory purposes

Processing Timeline

Once submitted, your request will be reviewed and processed within 30 days in accordance with UK GDPR. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.

Data Retention

Certain information may be retained where required by law. This includes:

  • • Financial transaction records (7 years for tax compliance)
  • • Identity verification documents (as required by law)
  • • Dispute resolution records
  • • Legal correspondence
