This Privacy Policy applies to:
individuals registering as workers (“Workers”);
businesses registering to post work opportunities (“Businesses”);
visitors to the InstaCrew website.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to personal data processed independently by Businesses outside the Platform, for which such Businesses act as separate data controllers.
We may collect and process the following categories of personal data:
Identity Data – including name, date of birth, profile photo, and identification details where provided
Contact Data – including email address, telephone number, and postal address
Account Data – including usernames, passwords (encrypted), preferences, and account settings
Work and Platform Data – including availability, shift history, ratings, reviews, and communications

other users where necessary to facilitate an engagement through the Platform;

In certain circumstances, JNX Technology Ltd may act as a data processor on behalf of Businesses, particularly in relation to shift management and communications functionality.
